*Computer lab research/Cornell Notes Avancemos: Students will create a presentation, Power point and will present to the class describing the Music of the Spanish-speaking world and all qualities and characteristics and how they compare and influence the beats of melodies of today’s popular music. Your assignment is to research music form from the Spanish-speaking world. Once the information below is obtained you will create a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 8 slides and share the information gathered with your classmates (¡en español!) Grading rubric used to grade the following: Each presentation must include the following: In Complete Sentences! • Name of Music type and what is its meaning and importance • Information of the location of country(ies) that listen to, perform and enjoy that musical form, write in text form and include a colored map • Fusion of cultures of the world that influence the music. Ex.
